Scuba and Snorkeling in Khao Lak: Similan and Surin
Islands Trips
The
Andaman Sea area just west and to the north
of Khao Lak is renowned for some of the most
beautiful scuba diving and snorkeling sites
in the world. On these pages are scans
of many of the local companies that will get
you out to the islands and in the water for
quite reasonable prices.
Staying
in Khao Lak is a bonus as it is only 15
minutes north of the Tap Lamu pier, which is
the jumping off point out to the Similan
Islands; and south perhaps 45-50 minutes of
the Kuraburi pier, from which trips to the
Surin Islands depart.
